Hello Ladies! 

My name is Thien (pronounced Tin). I am a licensed nail technician who specializes in detailed acrylic nails with over 7 years of experience.

Thank you for choosing to book with me! Before selecting a service please take the time to read over my policies for a quick briefing!

Due to a high volume of messages received daily, I will only respond to full inquiries on Instagram with a focus on existing clients. When I have openings I will be quicker to respond. If your question hasn't been answered through Instagram DM its most likely because it is answered on our FAQ page or because I haven’t had the time to get to you yet.

CONFIRMATION

Once you book an appointment, you will receive an appointment status of “pending.” I usually  leave it in pending mode for no longer than 2-5 days since I prioritize existing clientele. Once you’re approved you become priority. If approved, you will receive an appointment reminder about 5 days before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment. I will reach out to unconfirmed appointments as you are holding a spot for another potential client wanting to book. Please be courteous of others wanting to book. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled.

LATE POLICY 

I understand things happen so I allow a 10 minutes grace period. Anything past 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no show and the full service must be paid prior to rescheduling. In 10 minutes you must be seated and ready to go.

RESCHEDULING

We allow a 24 hour window to reschedule. Within 24 hours of your appointment, no modifications are allowed and you will be charged the full service price. If you no-show you will be resulted in a permanent ban. Please respect our time like we do yours. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accept Card (no AMEX), Venmo, & Prefer Cash

DAMAGED NAIL BEDS

I have a very strict policy regarding DAMAGED NAILS. If you come in with a crack in your nail, fungus, a nail disease or disorder, bitten nails, and/or damaged nail beds you will need to be rescheduled. If you are unsure of the quality of your nails please feel free to DM me a picture and I will let you know. Working over damaged nails is something I do not take lightly. I am a licensed nail technician so the health of your nails is very important to me. Please make sure you are reaching out with any question regrading this policy. 

PRE-EXISTING Nails

I do not work over others work due to insurance and liability reasons. Please come BARE otherwise I will have to remove your nails and reached you for a later appointment which may be weeks out and I want to avoid that.
